I am an educator, consultant, and clinical psychotherapist, working with children, teens, parents, and families using a relational, integrative, collaborative, compassionate, and evidenced-based approach that employs: Psychotherapy and Counseling to strengthen the family unit.

I am a wife and mother to 4 rambunctious children! I have years of experience in psychology, social work, business management, teaching and early childhood education. To date, I have opened 5 child care centers. In addition to providing therapy I currently work within various states to create educational systems for sustainability, access to capital and various other policy work and implementation.

I am the CEO/Founder of Integrative Health & Wellness and The Children's Lighthouse Foundation 501c3.
